Competition Terms & Conditions

• Each competition closes on the last day of the month it is posted.
• Prize Details: 1 winner will receive 4 cases of 9Bars in a mixture of the following varieties – Original, Flax, Nutty and Pumpkin. Each case contains 16 x 50g bars.
• The promoter of this competition is Wholebake Limited, Tyn Y Llidiart, Corwen, Denbighshire LL21 9RR.
• This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 and over, excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of Wholebake Limited (the “Promoter”) or of their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this competition.
• By submitting your email address you are allowing Wholebake to contact you via the email address given regardless of whether you win a prize. You may opt out of this at any time by sending an email requesting this to info@wholebake.co.uk.
• Only entries made online via the Internet will be accepted. All submitted entries become the property of Wholebake.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this competition. Only one entry per household.
• Wholebake does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries. Illegible entries (including corrupt files) will be invalid and proof or sending/mailing is not proof of receipt.
• All entries for the competition must be received no later than 11:59pm on the last day of each calendar month.
• The winning entry will be randomly drawn by Wholebake or its agents within 7 days of each competition closing from all correct entries received. The prizewinner will be notified by email on this date. If a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, or cannot be contacted within 10 working days of the winning entry being drawn, then another entrant will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The judge's decision is final.
• Wholebake will require confirmation of age from all prizewinners. The confirmation email sent to the winning entrant(s) must be printed off, signed and returned along with the postal address for delivery of the prize, to Competition Dept. Wholebake, Tyn Y Llidiart, Corwen, Denbighshire LL21 9RR.
• A list of the winners' abbreviated names may be posted on this site following the draw.
• Personal information about prizewinners will be shared with Wholebake’s agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to the prizewinners.
• No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrant.
• All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, Wholebake reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
• Entrants accept that if they win, Wholebake will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winners of this competition and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
